How to Check Average Page load time across different browsers using Google Analytics ?

The best tool available for your site's speed testing is Google analytics but it doesn't
mean you have to pay any charge for using it.Learn how to find out average page load
time in different mobile and desktop browsers.
 .. Did you ever bother that what is loading time of your site or blog's page in mobile
browser or desktop browser ? You may feel complete once you published you article
to your blog,but there is always so many uncompleted task left for you.
It is always recommended that to check speed of your site.It is not only gives
a better user experience to your site but also helps in better search engine optimization.

There are hundreds of online tools available that can calculate overall average speed of
your website.But we are living in mobile era ,your site need to be compatible with
mobile platform.As per Google's adsense report you could probably see most of your
adsense revenue generates form the mobile and tablet platform and scope for desktop
is shrinking very fast.Currently we have several mobile browsers such as UC Browser,
Chrome,Safari,Nokia Browser,Android Browser,Opera and Firefox Browser.
Users try every browser and check which one is faster for surfing and page load.
Similarly if you're running website or blog and average page load time>14 sec ,then
you need to think to improve speed to give user a better experience.


As per SEO guidance if your site loadinng time is between 9-14 seconds then you have
average speed,if site loads within 9 seconds than it's faster and you don't have to
bother and if site's loading time falls between 14-18 seconds then it loading slow you
need to work.If loading time exceeds 18 seconds then it is very slow and you may
lose a lot of visitors.

How to find Avg. Page or Site Load time using Google's Analytics tool ?

Here's I'm gonna show step by step guide through which you can easily find out
how fast your blog is getting loaded in various browsers.If you are new to analytics

in this article I've mentioned how to register and your blog to Google Analytics. You
need to follow step number 1-7 .Thereafter I'm mentioning here how can you access
data about your site's speed across different platform.

#1. Once you login to Analytics tool ,select 'All Web Site Data'
#2. Click on 'Behavior' menu you can see several sub menu ,out of them click on
'Site Speed' -> 'Overview' .

#3. Upon clicking on 'Overview' you can easily find average time(in sec) for Page Load Time,Redirection Time,Domain Lookup Time ,Server Connection Time, Server
Response Time and Page Download Time .Image below depicts about time taken
for a site, across different browsers.

In the same way you can find what is the avg. page load time across different countries
and avg. page load time for all the individual pages load time of website as shown in
image below:
